Accessibility Statement

The Imperial Hotel has been welcoming guests to Tenby’s seafront for many years. Throughout this time, the needs and expectations of our guests have continued to evolve, and we remain committed to ensuring that everyone enjoys a comfortable and accessible stay with us.

As our hotel is housed in beautiful and historic multiple buildings dating back to the 1832, and became a hotel in 1906. There can sometimes be challenges in providing full accessibility, however, we have taken steps to make the hotel as accessible as possible while preserving its unique character and Victorian charm. The Imperial Hotel has been providing hospitality to guests and those with specific needs for over 100 years. During this time society and individual’s expectations have changed enormously and at The Imperial Hotel we have always tried to match these expectations.

We kindly ask that guests making an enquiry or reservation inform us of any specific requirements or additional assistance they may need. This enables us to prepare in advance and ensure we can provide the best possible experience during your stay.
